Luis Caldera-Nieves, M.D.
Dr. Caldera-Nieves is certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Caguas Regional Hospital in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Dr. Caldera-Nieves sees patients at the department’s Kendall site.
Rabah Laoun, M.D.
Dr. Laoun serves as director of obstetrics and the UDeliver team for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Laoun attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in Madison, WI, and completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Karla Maguire, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Maguire has a master’s in public health from Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health. She holds a medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA, and she completed training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.
Janice Moscoso, M.D.
Dr. Moscoso obtained her medical degree at Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. She completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Jaime Santiago-Lopetegui, M.D.
Dr. Santiago-Lopetegui is certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He attended University Central del Caribe in Bayaman, Puerto Rico and completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, Albert Einstein Medical School in New York, NY. Dr. Santiago-Lopetegui sees patients at the department’s Kendall site.
Michael Stine, D.O.
Dr. Stine holds a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Salih Yasin, M.D.
Dr. Yasin is vice chair for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and director of obstetrics and patient safety for Women’s Hospital Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Yasin also serves as director of the Prenatal Immunology Clinic at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan, and completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. He received fellowship training in high-risk obstetrics (maternal-fetal medicine) at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has more than twenty years of experience in treating obstetric patients ranging from routine pregnancies to those with complicated medical conditions.
